1. Proclamation Honoring Detective George Elwell 

Detective George Elwell was the lead investigator of a multi-year, complex investigation involving a family who lives in the City of Beverly Hills.  Detective Elwell's efforts resulted in five very violent individuals receiving prison sentences ranging from four to twenty-five years in State prison.

5. "Hire Local" Program Outreach and Request by Councilmember Mirisch for Council Consideration of Local Preference in the City's Internship Program

9. Food Peddler (Food Truck) Enforcement Measures 

This report provides background information on existing food peddler (food truck) regulations and highlights City enforcement efforts in residential areas that will be undertaken based on current regulations.  Other proposed regulatory changes will be presented to the City Council for consideration at the August 5, 2014 Study Session.
