Written Testimony
In order to have written material included in the Cultural Heritage Commissioner’s mailed Agenda Packet, 10 copies of the material must be delivered to the Planning office no later than 8 calendar days before the date of the Cultural Heritage Commission Hearing.
Written material (10 copies) that is presented to the Cultural Heritage Commission after this date and up to 1:00 p.m. the day of the Cultural Heritage Commission Hearing, will be included in the Commissioners’ Agenda folder, but may not be reviewed by individual Commissioners due to the amount of material that the Commissioners have to review for the Agenda.

3. Consideration of Landmark Nomination for inclusion onto Local Register of Historic Properties of the Residence at 625 Mountain Drive, Beverly Hills.  The Commission is being asked to adopt a resolution declining to nominate the Residence at 625 Mountain Drive, Beverly Hills, for landmark status, and finding the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.

4. Approval of a Mills Act Contract for the Landmark Property, Joe E. Brown Residence at 707 Walden Drive, Beverly Hills.  Adopt a Resolution recommending City Council approve a Mills Act Contract for the Joe E. Review and Approval of Proposed Amendments to Beverly Hills Municipal Code Article 32:  Historic Preservation Ordinance.  The Commission is being asked to review proposed amendments to Beverly Hills Municipal Code Article 32:  Historic Preservation Ordinance, and to recommend adoption of these amendments to the Planning Commission and City Council, and that the revisions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
