1. Commission Reappointments (Charitable Solicitations, Planning, and Recreation and Parks)
The terms of Charitable Solicitations Commissioners Karen Kay Platt and Richard Schreiber, Planning Commissioner Alan Robert Block, and Recreation and Parks Commissioner Frances Bilak are all ending on June 30, 2015.  They have submitted letters of interest to be reappointed to a second term of four years each.

Provides City Council information and rendering of proposed fencing around Kusama's Hymn of Life.

7. Placement of the Center Obelisk by Joan Brown in the Planter Area at the Northwest Corner of the Library
The Fine Art Commission and staff considered a number of locations for placement of the Center Obelisk by Joan Brown.  The Commission and staff recommend placing the piece in the northwest corner planter of the Library.  As City Council previously approved this location, staff will proceed with placing the piece at this location unless otherwise directed by the City Council
