As part of Mayor Gold's "Step-Up and Make a Difference" initiative, Vice-Mayor Mirisch has nominated Solomon Fingold to be recognized for installing a grey-water system 17 years ago.

3. The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts Fundraiser Event Duet Gala on November 10, 2015
Seeks City Council direction regarding a request to use North Crescent Drive, adjacent to City Hall, for the Wallis event, which includes a two-week street closure for tent and event equipment installation and removal (from Sunday, November 1 through Sunday, November 15). Provides information regarding The Wallis' fundraiser event and concert with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 which was reviewed and supported by the City Council Liaison Committee.

4. Regulating Vehicle Test Driving within the City of Beverly Hills
Item First Agendized July 21, 2015

In response to resident concerns of vehicle test-driving in residential areas, Staff has drafted a proposed ordinance requiring auto-related businesses within the City of Beverly Hills to establish test drive routes that limit use of residential streets.

It is recommended that City Council review the proposed design concepts and the site's associated Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration and provide direction to staff regarding the desired design and operations for the Foothill/Alden Dog Park.
