ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT WORK FOR THE 216 SOUTH BEVERLY DRIVE PARKING GARAGE RESTROOM RENOVATION PROJECT BY INTERLOG CORPORATION, DBA INTERLOG CONSTRUCTION IN THE FINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $103,887.09.

Comment: Requests acceptance of contract work for the 216 South Beverly Drive Parking Garage Restroom project to improve customer service and be in compliance with ADA requirements and authorization to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.

RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEVERLY HILLS APPROVING A FINAL STATEMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT OBJECTIVES AND PROJECTED USE OF FUNDS FOR FORTY-SECOND YEAR (2016-2017) FUNDING UNDER THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 AS AMENDED.

Comment: This is the city's annual application for funds from the Los Angeles County Community Development Commission (LACDC) under the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The $162,669.64 will continue to support city programs benefiting low to moderate-income residents.
