1. Request by Mayor Mirisch to Consider a Resolution of the City Council to Oppose the Recent United Nations Resolution to Deny Jewish Historical and Religious Claims to Temple Mount and the Western Wall
Mayor Mirisch has requested City Council consider adopting a resolution opposing the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) draft resolution that was passed on October 13, 2016. The resolution by UNESCO denies any Jewish heritage and historical claims to the Temple Mount and the Western Wall.

4. Request by Mayor Mirisch for City Council Review of the Planning Commission's Decision Approving Construction of a New Restaurant at 250-260 North Canon Drive
Mayor Mirisch has requested that the City Council consider reviewing the Planning Commission's approval of a Conditional Use Permit, Open Air Dining Permit and Extended Hours Permit to allow construction of a new restaurant with a 100% valet-operated alternative parking facility.

The City Council set aside funds to replace the park restroom located on Canon Dr. in Beverly Gardens Park. The Council is asked to provide direction on the proposed design.

7. The Advocate and Here Media Request for Co-Sponsorship and Usage of the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts
Staff seeks direction on request from The Advocate and Here Media for City Co-sponsorship of a World AIDS Day reception to be held at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on December 1, 2016.

8. Update on Bridle Lane Setback Requirements
This report provides an update on staff’s approach to resolving setback concerns identified by Murray Fischer at the City Council’s September 20, 2016 meeting.

9. Interim Use of the Ambassadors to Provide Field Management During City Use of School District Fields
Due to continued use of the School District fields by unauthorized users, the Ambassadors will begin providing field management at Beverly Hills High School and the three K-8 schools that have available fields.  This is a temporary measure until the new Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) goes into effect in July 2017.

Provides an update on the work planned for the La Cienega Community Center, including roof work, HVAC system and drywall replacement.

11. Update on City-Sponsored Public Forum on Measure HH
This report provides the City Council with an update on a City-Sponsored Public Forum regarding the Hilton Condominium Tower Initiative (Measure HH). The Ad Hoc Committee has recommended that the City provide a pre-recorded video presentation on the measure, instead of a live public forum.
