Mayor John Mirisch has requested proclamations for Mitchell Flint and the late Aaron “Red†Finkel, former Beverly Hills residents who were founding members of the Israeli Air Force.
2. Employee Recognition: Brad Meyerowitz
Brad Meyerowitz, Recreation Services Manager will retire from the City on December 23, 2016 with 38 years of service to the City.
3. Commission Reappointments (Charitable Solicitations and Design Review)
The first terms of Charitable Solicitations Commissioners Pam Kraushaar and Joe Safier, and Design Review Commissioner Mahnaz Sharifi Ardani are ending on December 31, 2016. They are eligible for reappointment to a second term of up to four years each and have submitted letters of interest to be reappointed.

7. Discussion Regarding the Control, Regulate and Tax Adult Use of Marijuana Act
This presentation will discuss the results of the initiative which legalizes recreational marijuana and ask the Council for policy direction.
8. Request by Mayor Mirisch to Discuss Concerns with the United States Postal Service in Beverly Hills
Mayor Mirisch is asking the Council to discuss concerns related to service level at the City's Post Office locations and the delivery of mail from the Beverly Hills Post Office.
