4. Recommendation from the Chamber of Commerce Liaison Committee for the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and Civic Association’s My Beverly Hills Program
This item is an enhancement to the Chamber’s existing FY 2016-17 work program and includes a funding request for the My Beverly Hills Program designed to connect Beverly Hills businesses with local residents and encourage them to shop local. Â
5. Los Angeles County Regional Community Choice Aggregation Program
This report seeks direction from the Council regarding the City’s participation in the joint powers agreement negotiations for the Los Angeles County Regional Community Choice Aggregation Program.
6. Discussion Regarding the "Control, Regulate and Tax Adult Use of Marijuana Act"

This presentation will discuss the results of the initiative which legalizes recreational marijuana and ask the Council for policy direction.

8. City Sponsorship of USC Family Caregiver Support Center Course
In partnership with the USC Family Caregiver Support Center, Human Services will move forward with sponsoring a six-week class for family caregivers in Beverly Hills. Human Services will waive the fee ($800.00) for the rental of conference room space at the Library for class unless otherwise directed.
