12. Encroachment Permit Request from Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Their Consultant for the Temporary Installation of Noise Monitoring Equipment Adjacent to the Future Wilshire/Rodeo Station Location of the Westside Subway Extension
Unless directed otherwise, staff will issue a permit for a minor encroachment per Section 8-3-4 of Beverly Hills Municipal Code for the short-term installation of noise monitoring equipment to measure background/ambient noise in the future subway station area prior to construction.
