Councilmember Wunderlich as the City’s Metropolitan Water District (MWD) Director will discuss the California Water Fix or also commonly, known as the Bay Delta Tunnels Project and the upcoming vote at the MWD Board of Director’s meeting to consider funding MWD’s portion of the project.

4. Request by Councilmember Mirisch to Discuss Initiation of Historic Designation Proceedings for the Property Located at 427 North Crescent Drive (Union 76 Service Station)
Councilmember Mirisch has requested that the City Council discuss the subject property to determine whether there is City Council support to begin the landmarking process and the schedule the matter for a future public hearing.
