1. Request by Councilmember Mirisch for City Council Review of the Planning Commission's Decision Approving Modifications to a Previously Approved Mixed-Use Project on the Property Located at 9200 Wilshire Boulevard
On October 12, 2017, the Planning Commission approved modifications to Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 63078 and modifications to a Planned Development to allow construction of a mixed-use project on the property located at 9200 Wilshire Boulevard. Councilmember Mirisch has requested that this item be placed on the agenda for possible call up.

The North Homeowners Association and the Municipal League of Beverly Hills have requested City sponsorship for a gospel concert in coordination with the Faithful Central Bible Church to mark the 25th anniversary of a similar concert that was held following the 1992 riots.
