In order to have written material included in the Commissioners' mailed Agenda Packet, 10 copies of the material must be delivered to the Beverly Hills Public Library Admin Office no later than 8 calendar days before the date of the Hearing. Written material that is presented after this date and up to 1:00 am/pm on the day of the Hearing will be included in the Commissioners' Agenda folders, but may not be reviewed by individual Commissioners due to the amount of material that the Commissioners have to review for the Agenda. |
