STAY TUNED TO 1500 AM FOR BEVERLY HILLS TRAFFIC, PARKING AND EMERGENCY INFORMATION!
Beverly Hills residents and visitors can tune their radios to 1500 on the AM dial, 24 hours a day for information on traffic, parking, street closures, points of interest and emergency information in Beverly Hills. Programs on the radio station are produced by Beverly Hills City staff and regulated under the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The radio station is also programmed to provide information and directions on emergency procedures in the event of a disaster, although residents are encouraged to listen to news radio stations during these times.
Information on AM 1500 is also programmed to include special event street closure information and emergency road closures. All of the information is programmed to run on a continual basis, 24 hours a day, with station breaks occurring on the half-hour to announce the station's call-letters and the current time.
