NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Beverly Hills, California (“City”) invites sealed bids for the Project. The City will receive such bids at City Hall, 455 North Rexford Drive, Suite 290, Beverly Hills, California 90210 up to 2:00 p.m. on January 3, 2019 January 10, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All bids must be made on the form furnished by the City. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed package addressed to the City Clerk with the Project name and bid number typed or clearly printed on the lower left corner of the package. Bids must remain valid and shall not be subject to withdrawal for ninety (90) Days after the bid opening date.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Project includes, without limitation, remodeling of a 1,742 sq.ft. existing storage space to house two new staff office suites, a 470 sq.ft. G.I.S. office suite, and approximate 1,272 sq.ft. for the F.T.P. office suite. The MEP scope includes modification to existing building infrastructure and installation of new AC ductwork, exhaust system, VAV boxes, power, low voltage and lighting as more clearly described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. Execution of the Work shall commence with the Notice To Proceed and to be completed in 125 calendar days.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING & SITE VISIT
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at entrance to Beverly Hills Library located at 444 N. Rexford Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Every Bidder is required to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Failure of a Bidder to attend will render that Bidder’s Proposal non-responsive. No allowances for cost adjustments will be made if Bidders fail to adequately examine the premises before submitting a Proposal.
