Firms wishing to be considered for this project shall submit three (3) copies of the proposal to: 

Tristan D. Malabanan, P.E., Civil Engineering Division, 345 Foothill Rd., Beverly Hills, CA 90210, by 4 p.m. on February 14, 2013.  The proposal shall be signed by an official authorized to bind the firm and must contain a statement to the effect that the proposal is valid for ninety (90) days.
