City Property Management
The City of Beverly Hills has more than 40 commercial tenants occupying over 280,000 square feet of City-owned properties. Most of the buildings are attached to public parking structures in the Business Triangle with the balance located in the Entertainment Business District.
The City's Real Estate & Property Management Division is a part of the Capital Assets Department. The division is responsible for marketing, negotiating and leasing available space; administering lease agreements, customer service, property inspections and managing construction.
