City Property Management
The City of Beverly Hills has more than 40 commercial tenants occupying over 280,000 square feet of City-owned properties. Most of the buildings are attached to public parking structures in the Business Triangle and in the Entertainment Business District.
- The City's Real Estate Function is part of the City's Policy & Management Department. This Department is responsible for marketing, negotiating lease agreements and leasing available space. If you are in need of assistance, please send your request to BHPropertyManagement.
