Why do I need an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment will help you avoid the potential long line waiting period and allows us to provide a more efficient customer service. Scheduling an appointment will help you maintain priority over customers that don't have an appointment. Walk-in customers are helped on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What times are appointments scheduled?
The review & permitting counter is open Monday through Friday, 8a-12p and 1p-4p.  Most appointments are scheduled for half-hour increments.
