Starting May 23, 2011 the Community Development Department will be offering streamlined over the counter plan checks services by appointments that range from a one-half hour to an hour depending on the project scope of work.

The City of Beverly Hills has re-designed its process to review projects faster without sacrificing quality or the safety of those who live and work in the city.

OVER THE COUNTER PLAN CHECK TYPES:
Eligible plan checks for over-the-counter services must meet and comply with requirements found on the unique project scope of work informational handouts, which can be found below.  Please see the requirements listed in the following documents to obtain more information related to documentation criteria and requirements.
