The Beverly Hills Planning staff and Planning, Design Review, and Architectural Commissions regularly review development projects; occasionally, the City Council may also review development projects. All of the projects contained herein were approved through staff evaluation and a series of are open, public meetings with the aformentioned commissions and City Council.
