24 Hour Advance Notice of Hauling in Trousdale (Required) For any vehicle subject to the City’s Heavy Vehicle Inspection process (exceeds 26,000 pounds GVW), the City must be notified via email at least 24 hours in advance (excluding weekends and holidays) of any travel in the Trousdale Estates. The email should be sent to your associated Building Inspector and to the following email address: Trousdale@beverlyhills.org.
For approval of hauling in Trousdale, the general contractor must send an email with the following information:
- Associated Site address and/or Permit #
- Expected date and time of arrival
- Sticker Number and Date of Beverly Hills Truck Certification
- Company name and Type of vehicle
- Origin of the trip
- Parking location for vehicle while in Trousdale (public ROW/private property)
The contractor must receive a reply email from the City, acknowledging receipt and approval for hauling in the Trousdale area, prior to the truck arriving in the Trousdale Estates.
