Apply for a Charitable Solicitations Permit Online

Under Chapter 3, Article 8, Section 4-3-801 of the Beverly Hills Municipal Code, in order to conduct a fundraising event or activity in the City of Beverly Hills, you are required to have a solicitations permit, whether or not you hold an information card from the City of Los Angeles.  Failure to apply for a solicitations permit could subject your organization to fines or other civil penalties per Beverly Hills Municipal Code Chapter 3, Article 3, Section 1-3-301.
