The Office of Human Resources mission is to attract the most highly qualified, talented workforce, foster growth and development, and maintain a positive and supportive work environment that values employees.

Human Resources

Under the umbrella of the Administrative Services Department, the City’s Human Resources division oversees all employee recruitment and selection, with the goal of attracting the most highly qualified and talented workforce possible. The office also is responsible for administering employee compensation and benefits, facilitating labor relations, offering training and providing a safe, productive work site.
