Welcome to the City of Beverly Hills Housing Website!  The City is committed to providing a wide range of housing opportunities to address the diverse needs of the community.  To accomplish this goal, the City has adopted development standards and incentives to encourage the production of affordable and special needs housing.  Most of these provisions are contained in the Zoning Ordinance of the Beverly Hills Municipal Code.  The Zoning Ordinance can be viewed here.  Use the menu on the left to link to the different housing programs offered by the City.

The City is in the process of updating the Housing Element of the General Plan for the 2013-2021 period as required by State law. The Housing Element establishes policies and programs to address Beverly Hills’ existing and projected housing needs for all economic segments of the community. The first step in this process is to ask you what you see as the community’s most important housing needs.  Click here to take the Housing Survey.
