At a recent strategic planning session, the Beverly Hills City Council identified the following 19 priority projects for the coming fiscal year. The priority A projects are planned for start and/or completion by the end of fiscal year 2013-14. The Priority B and C projects rank next in priority for completion over the next five-year planning period.

At any given time, the City has hundreds of ongoing programs, all of which maintain and enhance the quality of life for residents, businesses and visitors to Beverly Hills. The annual strategic planning session is a City Council exercise that helps City staff set priorities as they create their work plans and identify the necessary resources as part of the budget process for the coming fiscal year.
