All parking regulations throughut the City of Beverly Hills will be enforced on Halloween, Wednesday, October 31. 2012.

"No Parking, Except by Permit" Tow-Away zones will be established in residential areas most impacted by the annual West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval (click here to view area map).  These additional parking restrictions will be in effect from 4:00 p.m. October 31, 2012 through 2:30 a.m., November 1, 2012.  Vehicles not displaying permits may be subject to citation (BHMC 7-1-5B $285.00) and/or towing.  Please note that the permit is not valid during the Overnight parking prohibition starting at 2:30 a.m.
