Beverly Hills, CA – The Beverly Hills City Council will receive the draft Wildfire Assessment Report at its upcoming City Council Formal Meeting on July 27, 2021 at 7 p.m.
The draft Wildfire Assessment Report, developed by a team of wildfire safety experts, examines several key areas including public trees, private landscaping, public education, evacuation challenges, smoke impacts, structure resiliency, and many other issues.
The report became available to the public July 9, 2021. Following its release, the City hosted two community meetings on July 12 and July 13 in which aspects of the report were discussed and residents were encouraged to ask questions and address any concerns.
