FAQ - Do cats and dogs have to be neutered?

Answer: Yes, all cats and dogs over the age of four (4) months must be neutered. In an effort to avoid the proliferation of feral cats and homeless pets, cats and dogs that are not neutered are not allowed outside, unsupervised, in any public place.
