FAQ - Why was a channel changed/moved/removed from my Time Warner cable system?
Answer: Time Warner Cable's (TWC) agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time. TWC is usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements; and, in order to comply with applicable regulations, they must inform you when an agreement is about to expire.
