FAQ - How do I know if I have an account already set up or if I have forgotten my password?
Answer: If you have registered with the Recreation & Parks Department in the past and provided an e-mail address, your e-mail address will be in our database. Please click here and enter your e-mail address. Your Client ID number and PIN will be e-mailed to you. If your e-mail address is not recognized, you will receive a message that we were unable to e-mail the information to you. In this case, please call the Registration office at (310) 285-6850 or click here to setup a new online account.
