CITY COUNCIL ADOPTS THE 2022 CALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS CODE WITH AMENDMENTS – BECOMES EFFECTIVE ON JANUARY 1, 2023
At their meeting on November 15, 2022, the Beverly Hills City Council adopted an ordinance amending and adopting the 2022 California Building Standards Code. The City of Beverly Hills typically adopts amendments to many of the codes to revise administrative provisions and address local needs based on local climatic, geological or topographical conditions. The 2022 California Building Standards Code can be reviewed online at Codes (ca.gov).
