Damaged Building Repairs - Can a building be repaired with out permits?
Yes, broken glass doors, windows, or other glass elements can be repaired without altering the façade window or door frames. Permits will not be required for property maintenance glass repair and public right-of-way use when 36-inch (3-feet) pedestrian walk-ways are maintained.
What if I have to alter my window or door frame(s), including location changes, swing direction, etc.?
Façade alterations are subject to permit review and approval. Businesses can temporarily board up and secure their property until proposed changes are permitted. Damaged glass repair and board ups are allowed during curfew hours, if needed.
What do I need to do to remove Graffiti?
For Graffiti On Private Property- Property owners are required to maintain their property and are required to remove the graffiti on private property. For assistance please contact Public Works at (310) 285-2467
For Graffiti On Public Property- Contact Public Works at (310) 285-2467 and be prepared to supply the following information:
- Name and phone number
- Specific address or location
- Description of graffiti

Does the Curfew restrictions limit construction work hours?
Yes, construction work is subject to curfew and only allowed as permitted by BHMC 5-1-205 construction hours at other times. Curfews imposed by the County and City of Beverly Hills are applicable to all other activities citywide and are subject to change as needed. Important Note: Damaged glass repair and Board ups are allowed at all times, including curfew hours.
