Past Historic Resource Surveys
The City has conducted three Historic Resource Surveys in the past. These surveys are currently being compiled. The final reports for these surveys are available for review.
Record of Historic and Potentially Historic Properties
The first citywide, comprehensive Historic Resources Survey & Update is currently underway. The survey effort is scheduled to be complete by June 2014, for review and final adoption by the City Council. In the meantime please refer to the State Record of Historic or Potentially Historic Resources in the City of Beverly Hills.

Architects and Builders
The City has identified the Architects and Builders for 2,900 properties. As resources are made available, the City will add additional properties to this list.
Master Architects and Builders
The List of Local Master Architects is an official list maintained by the City that includes master architects who have designed properties in Beverly Hills.
Historic Plaque Program
Owners of historical properties that have been designated by the City of Beverly Hills as either a Historic Landmark or a Contributing Resource within a City-designated Historic District, as listed in the Beverly Hills Register of Historic Properties, are eligible to apply for a Beverly Hills Historic Property Plaque. The Plaque is to be placed on the exterior façade of the building or at the front of the property to acknowledge the date when the resource was constructed and its historic significance.
Historic Preservation Project Review
The Secretary of the Interior's Standards (often referred to as "SOI Standards") are the primary standards used by the City of Beverly Hills during Historic Preservation Project Review.
