Affordable Housing Units for Sale and Rent
The Community Development Department administers the affordable housing units available in the City of Beverly Hills. This includes several affordable rental units that are available to members of the public that meet certain income criteria. The Community Preservation Program is dedicated to ensuring that housing, property maintenance and zoning laws remain in compliance so that safe and equitable quality of life is maintained to the highest level.
Community Preservation is responsible for providing code compliance guidance and enforcement of the Beverly Hills Municipal Code, local and State laws.
