Emergency Shelters and Services

Beverly Hills funds a variety of service organizations that serve the homeless and persons at-risk of homelessness.  Below is a list of programs and services offered in the City.

Westside Food Bank

Purchases food in bulk and collects donated food for distribution to economically-vulnerable people on the Westside.  For more information, visit

The Saban Free Clinic

Provides free medical and dental care, behavioral and social services for people in need.  Visit for more information.

All Saints Homeless Assistance

Provides weekly hot meals, case management, and alternatives to living on the streets.  Visit for more information.

CLASP Homeless Outreach and Engagement Program

Provides street outreach workers in Beverly Hills to build relationships with homeless people to encourage them to use local services and resources.  Individuals participating in the CLASP Program are provided ongoing case management and referrals to the appropriate services and shelter.  The CLASP team also responds to calls for assistance from law enforcement, businesses and concerned citizens.

People Assisting the Homeless (PATH)

The City contracts with PATH to provide shelter for the homeless within its facilities in Los Angeles, Hollywood, and West Los Angeles.  PATH also offers a full range of coordinated services to help people overcome barriers and achieve long-term self-sufficiency.  For more information, visit

New Directions

Provides emergency shelter and comprehensive services for any veteran suffering from substance addiction who desires help.  Visit for more information. 

Winter Shelter Program

During the winter months (December to March), temporary emergency shelters are opened up throughout the County, providing overnight shelter, meals, case management and referal to other available programs.  Access to winter shelters is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with free transportation provided at pick-up points throughout Los Angeles County.  For more information, visit
