Dinner for 50 on the Terrace
Overlooking the city, with views stretching from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean, the terrace provides an elegant location for cocktail hour (up to 150 people) or dinner (maximum 80 people). Invite your guests to spend their evening on the terrace, or start here before moving to the courtyard for dinner. Cocktail hour on the terrace can also be added to your daytime meeting rental.
Seated dinner in the Inner Courtyard
The inner courtyard is our largest space with seating capacity for up to 225 and reception capacity of up to 300, depending on set ups (seating capacity is 200 people if a stage, dance area, or other significant space is needed). It is rented with the west courtyard, which can be used for your welcome area, step and repeat, or additional seating/mingling area. Mingling events using the Courtyards and Terrace can accommodate up to 400 people.
Seated dinner for 48 in the Living Room
The first floor of the mansion is available for rental events. Intimate dinners of up to 64 people can fit in the Living Room, guests can be seated in multiple adjoining rooms if you need a higher capacity, or plan a mingling-style reception with your bar on the terrace and lounge furniture and cocktail tables set up in the mansion.
There is no longer a pool here, but this area, directly off the parking lot, offers a secluded location for your daytime event. Restrooms are conveniently located in the historic pool house and the area can be tented.
