Beginning in 2017, the Commission declared October as Civility Month in Beverly Hills to further the civility initiative in the City. To commemorate the month, banners and posters will be displayed throughout the City. The Commission posted new Civility Month banners to hang in the Civic Center on the Crescent Drive and Santa Monica Boulevard sides of City Hall.  Embrace Civility pins will be given out to community members who demonstrate civility.

The Human Relations Commission invites every member of this community to support an environment where civility, respect, and responsible actions prevail.
