The Community Services Department offers great classes to help you stay active and engaged.
Senior classes and activities listed below meet year round. All fees are due at the time of the class meeting.

ADVANCED ACTING / PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP

TAI CHI
Offered by the Cancer Support Community Los Angeles, this class will provide an introduction to several forms of Tai Chi, Chakras, and Meridians. Combine breath, movement, and posture, to activate your body's ability to balance while aligning your meridians towards healing. Each class will include a warm-up, Tai Chi movements, breathwork, stretches, meditation, and visualization. Instructor: Shelley H. Miller
