Your event is completely customizable. Our venues move easily between day and evening events whether you’re hosting a sophisticated soirée or a casual fête.
Long a favorite Southern California wedding venue because of its spectacular outdoor spaces, the City of Beverly Hills is now proud to welcome events inside Greystone throughout the first floor of the Mansion. Recently equipped with a state-of-the-art catering kitchen, Greystone is ready to play host to your event. With period features such as a Minstrel’s Gallery in the living room, a classic library, original fixtures and the checkered marble floors made famous in scores of motion pictures, the Mansion is an ideal venue for events large and small. The Grand Ballroom can seat up to 60 for formal dining, 73 lecture-style. The entire first floor can accommodate up to 300 guests. The Mansion’s sweeping grand staircase opens onto an airy main hall with floor-to-ceiling windows and unparalleled views. Throughout the dining room, ballroom, library and breakfast room your guests will enjoy fireplaces, hidden galleries and classic details that set Greystone apart.
Our private park setting offers you the chance to tailor your outdoor event to your particular needs. From the majestic to the intimate, one or more of our sophisticated outdoor spaces will be the perfect backdrop for your perfect event. From 225 guests seated reception-style to 400 guests seated theatre-style, we can host a variety of outdoor affairs. Most outdoor spaces have a unique water feature and original, slated paths. Many also boast breathtaking views of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, from Downtown to the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

The Mansion may be historic but it has modern utilities and can accommodate a variety of technology, from projectors to movie screens to multiple computers. And, of course, we have WiFi.

Events are held indoors (first floor only) and outdoors. Ceremonies and photography take place during Park hours. Event set-ups may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. Interior events must end by 10 p.m. and exterior events by 8 p.m. Exterior venues may be viewed without appointment during regular Park hours. Interior venues may only be viewed by appointment. Events are coordinated from the Greystone Estate office, located in the historic gatehouse. Appointments to discuss, tour and apply for permits are accommodated during regular business hours by contacting the office at 310.285.6830.
Residents of the City of Beverly Hills who possess proof of residency in the City of Beverly Hills may secure event dates up to 12 months in advance. Non-residents may secure a date up to 10 months in advance. Parties that wish to apply for a permit to conduct wedding photography at Greystone without reserving a ceremony or reception may secure such dates up to two weeks in advance. For weddings, ceremony sites booked without reception sites may be reserved nine months in advance for residents of Beverly Hills and six months in advance for non-residents.
