Feral Cat TNR Program
Beverly Hills Feral Cat TNR Program Ordinance 09-0-2568 is also known as the Hobbs-Bojeaux Ordinance.
On September 15th, 2009, the City of Beverly Hills City Council adopted the Beverly Hills Feral Cat TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) Program in efforts to humanely manage the Beverly Hills feral cat population. The Feral Cat TNR Program was developed in collaboration with City staff, residents, and feral cat experts.
Feral Cat TNR Program Goals
The Community Preservation Division regulates the Feral Cat TNR Program. Those interested in participating may submit an application for a TNR Partner or Individual Permit by contacting the Community Preservation Division at (310) 285-1119.
