From The Depths | Torah Project in Beverly Hills

From The Depths has resurrected a Torah scroll, saved during the Holocaust. During the darkest days of World War II, a Polish Rabbi entrusted a shepherd with a sacred scroll. Years later, the holy book was found hidden under a sofa and badly damaged. "The Torah Project" is working to bring this Torah back to life. Following the inaugural event hosted by the British Government last spring, this April event in Beverly Hills City Hall, hosted by Mayor Lili Bosse, was just one of many stops that the scroll is making around the world, restoring this Holy Torah one letter at a time with Holocaust Survivors.
