In this cooking show series, researchers from the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) team up with culinary experts to develop fresh new menus based on unique food products from the Agricultural Research Service (ARS). This episode features Chef Mark Mills with a tasty and easy-to-make strawberry cobbler.  During the program, ARS researcher Dr. Kim Lewers expands on the history of the strawberry, its nutritional benefits, and how she’s making bigger, tastier, and more disease-resistant strawberries that last longer in storage.
