Yoga for Kids

Yoga Angels International teaches yoga in the Beverly Hills school district and has been teaching in the Los Angeles area schools since 1997. Yoga class performances showcase at the end of the session are accompanied by drums and instrumental music. These challenging & calming yoga poses are taught in a fun and creative way! Benefits include preventing and healing sport injuries. The students also learn to balance the mental, spiritual and physical aspects of their body.Cast: Beverly Hills Television
