Science & U! explores the world of science and examines its importance in our everyday life. From technology, research and health to kids, humor and the arts each program explores these topics in engaging presentations designed for audiences of all backgrounds and ages! In this edition, we tackle the issue of sleep and look at how science may have some of the answers to a better night’s rest; the special sleep needs for women and children and the answers behind sleep apnea and sleep walking … and possible ways to help.
