The City of Beverly Hills offers two convenient ways for our customers to schedule building inspections - online and over the telephone!  Please visit the Online Business Center (MyOBC) to schedule an inspection online; MyOBC makes it easier for our customers to manage inspections and other administrative elements throughout the life of a construction project.  For more information on the MyOBC system, please refer to Automated Online Inspection Scheduling.

Inspections can also be made by telephone at (310) 285-2534, using the automated Inspection Validation System (IVR).  Please refer to the  Building Inspection Codes when scheduling your inspection.  For more information on the IVR system, please refer to Automated Online Telephone Inspection Scheduling.  If you would like to schedule an after-hours inspection, please attain preliminary approval from your building inspector and submit a completed Special Inspection form, along with a payment.

Effective immediately - Professional of record shall provide the City of Beverly Hills as-built, digital-format plans upon completion of construction, and prior to final building inspection.

Please adhere to the Construction Activity Regulations when engaging in construction within Beverly Hills.  CONSTRUCTION WORK HOURS are Monday - Friday (8:00a - 6:00p).
