The City's Office of Cable Television mediates subscriber complaints and unresolved issues with Time Warner Cable.  If you have a complaint or have contacted Time Warner and are unsatisfied with their response, please call the City's Cable TV Ofiice at (310) 285-1178 or Ask Bev for more information
