- Maintaining community and neighborhood character
- Managing the City’s Infrastructure
- Protecting and conserving resources
- Defining policies for land use and zoning

Topic Committee Final Reports: (link) 175 Beverly Hills residents sitting on seven different Topic Committees tackled issues surrounding the major elements of the City. Each committee researched its topic, obtained public input and produced a final report.
Transportation White Papers: (link) The papers provide an in-depth look at some of the more challenging aspects of mobility in Beverly Hills and in the Westside region, including the Wilshire and Santa Monica boulevard corridors, north-south commuter traffic, intrusion of traffic into residential areas, future transit improvements and more.
The Technical Background Report and Appendices (link) The TBR is a snapshot of the entire City of Beverly Hills, from land use information to demographics to transportation to infrastructure.
