Members of the public may provide written public comment by sending comments to the Planning Commission Recording Secretary at commentPC@beverlyhills.org. Written comments should identify the Agenda Item Number or Topic in the subject line of the email. Public comment can be offered during the meeting by calling 310-285-1020. |

Comments will be read into the record, with a maximum allowance of 3 minutes per individual comment, subject to the Commission’s discretion. Written comments will be allowed with a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time.

It is recommended that public written comments be submitted prior to the posted meeting date/time. Public comments will also be taken during the meeting when the topic is being reviewed by the Commission.
