Comments will be read into the record, with a maximum allowance of 3 minutes per individual comment, subject to the Commission’s discretion. Written comments will be allowed with a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time. |

It is recommended that public written comments be submitted prior to the posted meeting date/time. Public comments will also be taken during the meeting when the topic is being reviewed by the Commission.

1050 SUMMIT DRIVE Historic Incentive Permit and Tree Removal Permit (PL1900146) -
Request for a Historic Incentive Permit to allow waivers or deviations from Beverly Hills Municipal Code (BHMC) §10-3-2502 (maximum allowable floor area requirements), §10-3-2509 (requirement that mechanical equipment be located outside of a required side yard), §10-3-2515 (requirement that at least two parking spaces be covered and that all required parking be located outside of the required front yard setback), §10-3-2516 (maximum allowable height of walls/fences/hedges within a required front yard, required side yards, and a required rear yard), and §10-3-2518 (maximum allowable paving area within a required front yard, permissible paving materials, and paving setbacks from buildings and property lines) and a Tree Removal Permit to allow the removal of a heritage tree located within the required front yard area.
