Comments will be read into the record, with a maximum allowance of 3 minutes per individual comment, subject to the Commission’s discretion. Written comments will be allowed with a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time.

It is recommended that public written comments be submitted prior to the posted meeting date/time. Public comments will also be taken during the meeting when the topic is being reviewed by the Commission.

If a written comment is received after the agenda item is heard, but before the close of the meeting, the comment will still be included as a part of the record of the meeting, but will not be read into the record.

3. 1034 HILLCREST ROAD AND 9468 WEST SIERRA MAR DRIVE  Lot Line Adjustment (PL1900321) - Request for a Lot Line Adjustment to create two lots (three lots currently exist), with one lot to be located in both Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, and one to be located completely in Los Angeles. Pursuant to the provisions set forth in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Planning Commission will also consider finding the Project exempt from further review under CEQA (Chloe Chen, Associate Planner).
