It is recommended that public written comments be submitted prior to the posted meeting date/time. Public comments will also be taken during the meeting when the topic is being reviewed by the Commission.

2. 8955 WEST OLYMPIC BOULEVARD  Conditional Use Permit (PL2000251) - A request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a luxury vehicle sales and service use (O’Gara Coach) to be established in an existing building, to allow additional building height, and to allow a reduction in the required number of parking spaces.  The facility would occupy approximately 19,875 square feet of floor area under the new Conditional Use Permit.  Pursuant to the provisions set forth in the California Environmental Quality Act, the Planning Commission will also consider finding the project exempt from further review under CEQA. 3. 9800 WILSHIRE BOULEVARD AND 121 SPALDING DRIVE (SPRING PLACE)  - A report on the operations of Spring Place, a co-working office and private membership club at 9800 Wilshire Boulevard and 121 Spalding Drive, and an amended resolution that brings certain conditions of approval for an existing Development Plan Review that regulate the rooftop facilities at the Project Site into consistency with the current operations of Spring Place.
