A request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a luxury vehicle sales and service use (O’Gara Coach) to be established in an existing building, to allow additional building height, and to allow a reduction in the required number of parking spaces. The facility would occupy approximately 19,875 square feet of floor area under the new Conditional Use Permit. Pursuant to the provisions set forth in the California Environmental Quality Act, the Planning Commission will also consider finding the project exempt from further review under CEQA.
